How do I know what size I need?
Measure the width of the door, add 5", and that's the size you need. It's normal for doors to be slightly wider or less wide than to the exact inch. Ex. 36" wide may be 35.5".
"Is the mounting hardware included?"
YES. To the right are the installation instructions in pdf form if you'd like to see them now (left-click the button to the right to download):
"Why are the mounting screws not painted to match the door bar's finish?"
Because when you tighten the bolts the painted finish usually scratches or comes off to some degree. We suggest that you paint them after you install them with the same paint that your wood trim around your door is painted with. Then they will blend in perfectly. *L-screw styles may vary slightly depending on availability at the time of purchase.
"Does the Door Bar Pro work on doors with sidelights (small windows beside the door)?"
YES. You just shorten the screws to fit.
"Do you have a door security bar that fits on French doors, double doors and custom sizes?"
YES, on the order page. They are exactly the same as the ones pictured above only they are longer and fit across two doors.
"How quickly are orders shipped?"
99.9% of the time orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours after you order (not including weekends). On rare occasions, such as around certain holidays and other very
busy times of the year, orders can take up to about 7 days to ship. But again, this is very rare as we take great pride in shipping orders out very quickly.
"Which shipping company do you use and why?"
Under normal conditions, within the USA, we almost always ship via UPS, but in some instances we ship via USPS Priority Mail. We primarily use UPS because

*Outside of the USA, orders are usually shipped by the United States Post Office or by the next most efficient means.

"What is your return policy?"
You may return any unused product within 30 days of the purchase date FOR ANY REASON and you will be refunded 100% of the
product cost. Refunds are issued promptly, and in the same manner in which you paid. *Shipping charges are not refundable
unless it is an error on our behalf.
